New event concept: Aalto ARTS Student Show 2024

The Aalto ARTS Student Show is a new event concept, showcasing the talent of ARTS graduates and under-graduates. In September, the event will take over all of the gallery spaces in Väre building, as part of both Designs for a Cooler Planet and Helsinki Design Week.

The Aalto ARTS Student Show brings together a selection of student projects from all over the School of Arts, Design and Architecture. It is a collection of nearly 20 exhibitions: grad shows, course work and individual MA theses. The event will take over all of the gallery spaces of Väre building, on Otaniemi Âé¶¹´«Ã½. You are warmly welcome to visit!  

Exhibition time: from 5 September to 3 October 2024

Sun closed

Free entry to all of the exhibitions!

Projects featured in the show span through diverse themes, ranging from futuristic product designs and high-quality craftmanship to speculative proposals and community-focused work. Come get a glimpse of how Aalto's young professionals in art and design are making an impact in the world!

The event is part of the larger Designs for a Cooler Planet festival and also part of Helsinki Design Week's official programme.
