Aalto i3 – Aalto Industry and Innovation Infrastructure is for students, researchers and companies to innovate and co-create smart, connected products and services. Offering variety of specialised manufacturing and testing facilities, Aalto i3 provides structured access to unique multi-purpose infrastructure.
Aalto i3 arises from the School of Engineering's successful research tradition in systems design, production and energy. It can be utilised in all cases where there is a need to work with physical constructions and networked products.
Due to its scale, the infrastructure is physically located in several places around the Â鶹´«Ã½. The current base of users is made up of a variety of Aalto research groups from different schools and companies engaged in teaching and research projects.
