In the series of domestic films there will be presented a documentary film Bellboy by screenwriting student Terhi Kokkonen and the film Ajotunti, directed by Jarno Lindemark. The film by Kokkonen, who is better known as a musician, is her MA film. In the workgroup of Ajotunti there are several people from ELO.

Kokkonen's Bellboy is a nearly speechless story of the organizer of the Radio Symphony Orchestra. The protagonist is a former studio musician who takes care of the orchestra's needs. His role is quite invisible, but his work is important and beautiful. The document allows the viewer to peek into the house where art is everyday. The film is produced in ELO.

Lindemark's third short film Ajotunti’s script was completed in the spring of 2017, just before the MeToo movement exploded a debate about sexual harassment. The story tells about change in ethics and behaviour, crowd mentality, power relations, and personal boundaries. The working group includes several people from ELO: videographer Janne Häkkinen, sound designer Iivo Korhonen, cutter Eero Tammi and producer Tuukka Vartiainen. The film is co-production by ELO and the production company Ragdoll.

Also presented will be a film by ELO student Jan Ijäs and alumni Mikko Myllylahti's film Tiikeri, which participated in the Semaine de la Critique series in Cannes. This year's Sodankylä Film Festival takes place in Sodankylä 13-17 June for the 33 time this year.
