Student Tiina Palmunen selected for this year's CEO for 1 month at Adecco Finland

Palmunen was chosen as the winner from over 1000 candidates.

Management and International Business student Tiina Palmunen has been selected for this year's CEO for 1 month at Adecco Finland! It is one of the most sought-after summer jobs and Palmunen was chosen as the winner from over 1000 candidates. During her month as CEO this summer she will work alongside Adecco Finland's CEO Jukka-Pekka Annala.

Tiina Palmunen says that MIB studies combined with international and multicultural experience have resulted in a global perspective: "Although it is still important to see things in their local context, I think my strong point in the final might have been the ability to analyse how different global phenomena impact the Finnish market. MIB studies have given me great skills to work as a leader in an international environment. However, learning in practice is also important, for example through projects or exchange studies, while getting to know people from different backgrounds."
