Sami Torstila has been appointed to Disciplinary Committee of Nasdaq OMX Helsinki.
The Disciplinary Committee of Nasdaq OMX Helsinki decides on sanctions related to breaches of stock exchange rules. The Disciplinary Committee has five members and has been appointed for four years.
