298 new students were admitted to the Bachelor’s Degree Programme in Science and Technology at the School of Science, 26 of which were admitted through separate application procedure. A total of 282 new students accepted a place.
The most popular subject in the joint application process of the science in technology programmes was Computer Science and Engineering with 437 primary applicants, 102 accepted their place. Bioinformation Technology, Engineering Physics and Mathematics were also very popular.
The admission results of master’s degree programmes were published earlier this spring, and about 150 new master’s degree students will start at the School of Science. In addition to new bachelor’s and master’s degree students, about 100 exchange students will begin their studies in September.
