Distinguished staff and doctoral students of the Aalto BIZ honoured

Assistant Professor Elias Rantapuska from the Department of Finance honoured for teaching

Dean Ingmar Björkman presented the following HSE Foundation's awards of recognition at the opening ceremony of the School of Business on 4 September 2015:

Associate Professor Henri Schildt of his work of outstanding scientific value.

Professor Rebecca Piekkari of her excellent work as a supervisor of doctoral students and their dissertations.

Assistant Professor Elias Rantapuska of his skillful, engaging, highly-praised, and respected teaching.

Antti Saastamoinen, PhD, received the doctoral dissertation of the year award for his excellent dissertation Modelling heterogeneous operating environment and production risk in modern productivity analysis.

Perttu Kähäri D. Sc. (Econ.&Bus.Admin.) received the commendation for his high-quality doctoral dissertation. His dissertation is entitled Why do regional headquarters live and die?

In recognition of her outstanding work as a secretary at the Department of Management Studies Laura Malkki received the support personnel of the year award.
