New display adapters in Dipoli conference rooms
The three different adapters are bound together with the display cable and they are suitable for the most commonly used computers in Aalto. The cable itself is directly compatible with some computer models.
Adapters:
Cable: HDMI (e.g. some MAC models)
DisplayPort (e.g. HP laptops)
Mini DisplayPort (e.g. many MACs except the most recent ones)
USB-C (e.g. the latest MACs)
If you find that an adapter set is missing from some of the conference rooms, please inform the IT service: it-dipoli@aalto.fi.
Room 1.164 in the Pine Cone (K盲py) area acts also as a room for resting
Due to the occupational safety instructions, the ad hoc conference room 1.164 in Dipoli will also act as a rest room. The need to use the room may arise, for example, if one suffers from migraine or nausea. The lighting in the room is suitably soft, with a couch to use. Should you need to use the room, please use a sign 鈥淩est room in use鈥. You can obtain the sign from the Dipoli Reception. Please, be sure to return the sign to the Reception after vacating the room. Using the room for resting always precedes all ad hoc meeting needs for the space.
