ARTS Summer Cleaning 2026
Due to the entrance examinations in Undergraduate Center (Otakaari 1) A-wing the Architecture departments homebases A202a and A235 will be emptied, please collect your belongings before the emptying latest Thursday 28.5.2026 by 5 pm.
The organizing of other homebases is taken care of by the departments. In Väre the windowsills should be emptied for the window cleanings due 22.6.
ARTS Infra workshops will close for yearly maintenance 12.6.-16.8.2026. Please make sure that you have collected all your belongings before 4 pm on 12.6. Workshops open 17.8.2026 at 1.15 pm.
Exceptionally, photo studios and darkrooms will be closed from 5.6. to 16.8.2026
Otakaari 1 A-wing will be closed for students due to the summer maintenance cleaning between 22.6.-31.7.2026.
In Otakaari 1 A-wing and Väre lockers in all floors and lobbies open shelve units and coatracks for students’ works must be emptied before 5 pm on 6.6.2026 except the ID-card-operated Vecos lockers in Väre that are normally available during the building's opening hours even during the summer.
Please collect all your belongings in due time. Items left behind may be obliterated/discarded during the Summer cleanings.
