What is TUTLI?
From research ideas to new business (TUTLI) is funding intended for commercialization of market-based research projects provided by Business Finland since 2012. The application process differs significantly from other Business Finland's funding calls. The first stage of the call is implemented by pitching the project idea for the jury in the pitching event. TUTLI funding requires and enables significant input into preparation of commercialization.
